Chandra: Exposure with Chandra ACIS-S (70,000 sec)
Motivated by a marginal dection of X-rays with the
ROSAT satellite an observation with Chandra
was scheduled. The results were that mainly equatorial emission was detected,
which was unexpected, since strong magnetic fields rather suggest polar,
auroral emission.
